It's Merry Christmas again!

It’s the time of the year again - when we can all give to our heart's content to those in need.

Be an Empathetic leader who spread joy and love.

Leaders dress up in Santa Claus costumes and ride through the streets of Bengaluru to reach NACHIKETHA MANOVIKASA KENDRA on the occasion of Christmas to surprise special kids with gifts. The event aims to mobilize young leaders to lead in Santa Claus costumes and ride through the streets of Bengaluru on the occasion of Christmas. 

The cycle rally will commence from Team Parikrama and make a round trip to NACHIKETHA MANOVIKASA KENDRA which would cover a distance of 10 KM (Too & Fro) 

Learn Empathetic Leadership: 

- The ability to understand the needs of others. 

- Being aware of individual feelings and thoughts.

- The difference between sympathy and empathy. 

- Empathy as positive experiences for individuals and teams.

Lets Check: 

- “If I were in his/her position, what would I be thinking right now?”

- “Being in his/her position would make me feel ___”

Tentative Schedule:

24th Dec 2022

Phase 1

7:30 AM:  Assemble at Team Parikrama

- Have lite refreshments.

- Change over to Santa Claus Costumes

- Choose a bicycle (if you are opting to rent)

Phase 2

8:30 AM: Flagoff from Team Parikrama

9:15 AM: Arrive at Nachiketa Manovikasa Kendra

- Surprise and celebrate at the school

- Learn about special kids with the time, make new friends

- Distribute Gifts to new friends with wishes

Phase 3

11:00 AM: Start from Nachiketa Manovikasa Kendra

11:45 AM: Arrive at Team Parikrama

- Change over to Casual Clothing

- Share your experience over a refreshing fruit drink

- Bid bye, Take only memories, Leave no Trace.

ADVISORY

• While we try to create luxury - Travel is a pleasure on the trip. The locations that we host are remote places and we do our best to arrange the basic facilities. The goal is to be outdoors.
• The Food that shall be provided will be Basic Veg Food.
• Make use of bin - Put Litter in its place, do not trash your travel.
• Team Parikrama shall not be responsible for any of your belongings, valuables, jewelry, etc.  Kindly take care.
• In the case of traffic delays or breakdowns, expect a little delay in reaching the destination.
• Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited during the event for everyone's safety. If anyone is found violating the rules, we will have to ask them to leave our property immediately.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For all the above choices, you can transfer your tickets to your friends. We would be more than happy to have them on board and you could save your hard-earned money. Standard Cancellation charges are applicable.
