Refund Policy

  • Rights of admission reserved.

  • The CORE - Participant / guest/customer must carry a physical printout of the Registration/voucher/ticket/ pass/package.

  • The Participant/guest/customer who booked the voucher/ticket/pass/package (name mentioned on it) should be present along with the photo ID proof to gain entry into the Program/venue; failure to produce a photo ID proof will result in denial of entry to the Program/venue.

  • SMS/Text message is for booking confirmation only and cannot be used as proof for entry.

  • In case any registration/vouchers/tickets/ passes/packages are found to be tampered/faked, the organizers reserve the right to refuse entry.

  • CORE reserve the rights of frisk and restrict entry.

  • Food and beverages from outside are allowed inside the training venue.

  • CORE team do not take responsibility for the loss or theft of any personal belongings.

  • The consumption of any prohibited substances is strictly prohibited.

  • To avoid inconvenience, please reach the venue 30 minutes prior to entry time.

  • Caution money will be refunded in full.

  • Hostel Fee will be refunded after proportioned deducting of fee till the month of withdrawal. If trainee leave hostel without completing session then caution money shall not be refunded.

  • Request to withdrawal and fee refund should be made on the prescribed application form available at the admission/COO office. Along with fee refund application, trainee has to submit the ID card, Original Fee Receipt & Due clearance Certificate.

  • Refund will be processed by the finance office of the institution upon receiving approval from the Director and will be paid by crossed cheque in the name of the trainee or father/guardian after 90 days from the date of receipt.

  • All dispute pertaining shall fall within the jurisdiction of Bengaluru (Karnataka). The COO of the concerning institute shall be legal person for all such matters.

       In case of any technical issue found in online fee payment, such as

  • During the online payment through credit/debit card if the payment gets debited and the internet goes down due to some external server malfunction or any other similar happening.

  • The system fails to generate the required acknowledgment due to internet malfunction.

  • The payment gets deducted from the payer's account and does not reach the institute's account or payment gets debited twice due to server error.

       We shall not be responsible in any case until the course fee paid by trainee or parent is credited in to the Bank Account of the institute. If credited into our account,             the refund policy will be applicable as per the institute norms.

         Intimation Period*              -       Cancellation Fee**

  1. 10 days or more                         -    50% of the total invoice value

  2. Between 5 - 9 days                    -    80% of the total invoice value

  3. Between 0 - 4 days                   -  100% of the total invoice value

  • *Intimation Period means the number of days before the program or course is scheduled to start

  • **Cancellation Fee is the amount of money that will be deducted from the total fee amount before offering a refund

       NOTE:

  • Last-minute cancellations due to work, health issues, etc., any kind of emergencies will not be entertained and no refund or transfer shall be allowed for the same.

  • Additional charges would be deducted (based on from where you booked) if you cancel the course at any given date (along with the scenario described above), as payment gateway/event listing charges.

  • You can transfer your bookings to anyone who is willing to join the course to avoid loss of money!

  • The admit / registration once confirmed cannot be moved to any other dates.

  • 100% refund would be provided only if CORE ( Plan The Unplanned) cancels the program for any reasons whatsoever.
