Hence, leadership in a VUCA world is all the more critical to thrive in such an environment. At CoRE, we firmly believe that the era of “collective leadership” is here. The idea of a leader has changed from being an authoritative figure who delegates and pushes people to get things done to a figure who is empathetic, collaborative, has core ethical values, strong believer in people and relationships and a strong work ethic. As individuals, the onus is on us to develop such leaders to lead our future.
