An IT engineer from CIT, Coimbatore and an MBA graduate from RMIT, Melbourne Karthik is an entrepreneur in online retail space.
He has worked intensively with Australia-Africa Chamber of Commerce. He is also an expert at Design Thinking and storytelling. He had been a consultant to small businesses in Melbourne and provided them solutions through his design thinking approach. Karthik is an avid reader, music aficionado and traveler.
Mr. Dhiraj D Sharma
Program Coordinator - CoRE
Dhiraj is the founder of Team Parikrama, a social enterprise focused on experiential learning and the profits from the experiential and outbound courses are being invested into supporting under privileged children.

He has conducted about 50 successful programs through Parikrama in the outbound and experiential learning space. Being an avid cyclist he has traversed the length and breadth of the country on the saddle including the 4200km long Kashmir-Kanyakumari, the length of the Andaman Islands amongst others.
He is a well-known guest speaker and a visiting faculty in renowned institutions in Bangalore. He is also the director of CatchURWaste, a waste management organization.
Prof. H. S. Balakrishna

A graduate in Physics, from National College, Bengaluru, Prof. HSB brings a wealth of experience in teaching, training and modeling young minds.
With over 37 years in the field of Academics, Prof. HSB is a well – reputed name in Academic circles. He started his career at Vijaya College in Physics and completed his service as Principal, Vijaya College. Over these years, He has worked in various capacities such as Secretary, Bangalore University Physics teachers’ Forum; Coordinator, IQAC and NAAC assessment; Placement Officer, Vijaya College among others.
A thorough academic, Prof. HSB has contributed to the Strategic Planning of the Institution and also guides CoRE in his capacity as Dean – Collective Leadership.
Dr. Rajendra Kumar V Joshi
Headship - Programs - CoRE
Dr. Joshi., hold a PhD in Philosophy from IIT, Bombay. He started as an academician at a college based in Goa where he served for 18 years.
Later he moved down to Bangalore Jain Group of Institutions (JGI) appointed as Dean, Education - International Academy for Creative Teaching. From JGI he joined Indus Training & Research Institute as Founder Director. Dr. Joshi further was associated with Marwadi University, Gujarat as Director: Learning & Development till 2020.
Currently he is associated at CESS as consultant for NEP Outreach.
